Is SUS really anonymous?

Yes! SUS does not require login or collect personally identifiable information. All messages, votes, and interactions are completely anonymous.

How do I report inappropriate content?

You can report content directly in the app by tapping on a message or subject. You can also email us at abuse@trysus.link with details.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free: 1 group (expires after 7 days), limited text posts (~50 chars), no polls or voice notes

Pro ($4.99/week): Unlimited groups (no expiration), longer posts (~500 chars), polls, voice notes, and admin controls

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's app store settings (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android).

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled according to your app store's refund policy. Contact Apple or Google Play support for refund requests.

How does content moderation work?
